Organised by PT. Pamerindo Indonesia, a member of Allworld Exhibitions attracted 24,695 visitors 421 exhibiting companies covering 45 countries/regions including: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei Darulsalam, Canada, Cekoslovakia, Chile, China, Denmark, Dubai, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, Lebanon, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand, The Netherlands, Turkey, UK, United Arab Emirates, USA, Vietnam.
There were a total of 11 International Group Pavilions consisting of Australia, Brazil, Italy, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey and USA.
The event is supported by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of The Republic of Indonesia, the Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP), Indonesian Retail Marchants Association (APRINDO), Indonesian Cold Chain Association, The (ARPI), Indonesian Fishery Product Processing & Marketing Association (AP5I), Specialty Coffee Association of Indonesia (SCAI) and is a member of ASPERAPI, Indonesia Exhibition Companies Association.
Highlights at the show were the Salon Culinaire Chefs contest with 615 competitors for 25 categories plus the Indonesian Barista Competition with 30 competitors
The show covered an area of 22,509 m² and was open daily from 10.00 am to 18.00.
